Requirements
Mandatory Requirements:
✔️ Valid PSIRA Grade Certification (C/B/A)–Non-negotiable
✔️ Proven experience in security (agricultural/industrial sites a plus).
✔️ Physical fitness and ability to patrol large properties.
✔️ Strong observation skills and crisis response training.
✔️ Clear criminal record and solid references.
Your Duties Will Include:
🚨Access Control – Monitor entry points, verify credentials, and prevent unauthorized access.
📹 Surveillance – Operate CCTV systems and conduct perimeter checks.
📝 Reporting – Document incidents and submit daily logs.
🛡️ Emergency Response – Act swiftly in case of theft, trespassing, or safety hazards.
🤝 Community Engagement – Liaise with farmworkers and local authorities when needed.
